- All submitted orders will be deemed as confirmed orders. Backing out from a confirmed order will result in being blacklisted.
- In real life items might differ slightly from the stock image due to the resolutions of the computer screen. (Do allow slight differing in shade of colour and measurements of apparels -> 0.5-1cm)
- Refunds / Alternative orders will be placed if current orders go OUT OF STOCK!
- All items will arrive approx. 10-15 days after orders have been submitted unless otherwise stated! Order only if you are able to wait.
Mode of Payment:
- RXT only accepts payment via iBanking, ATM Transfer or Cash and Coin Deposit. Note that for Cash and Coin Deposit, no change will be reimbursed, hence make sure to pay exact amount for your orders. Underpayment will be ignored and orders voided.
- Payment is to be made within 24 hours after invoice has been sent out. Unpaid orders will not be entertained.

- Return Address is written behind every single parcel we mail out, thus should your item be returned to us, we will contact you immediately.
- Mails take on average 2-5 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) to be sent from SingPost to your address.
