THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE ORDERING:
If you are providing your own images for customizations,
they should be at least 600 pixels wide and 800 pixels long (phone)
or at least 600 pixels wide and 900 pixels long (tablet) to be printed clearly.
RXT will not be held responsible in the event that designs provided by YOU are below min resolution and turn out unclear. Hence, kindly double check on resolution before placing an order.
FROM PO5 ONWARDS, do also take note that any part of the image provided by you which is cropped due to placement of camera hole, speaker hole or the sides of the cover is not to be held responsible by RXT. Please take this into consideration before placing an order too!

MODE OF PAYMENT:
RXT only accepts payment via iBanking, ATM Transfer or Cash and Coin Deposit.
Note that for Cash and Coin Deposit, no change will be reimbursed, hence make sure to pay exact amount for your orders. Underpayment will be ignored and orders voided.
MODE OF COLLECTION:
Normal Mail* (no tracking of parcel available)
Registered Mail (tracking of parcel available): additional $2.25 on top of Normal Mail fees
Mass Meetup: Strictly Ang Mo Kio only, details to be confirmed when items arrive
*RXT will NOT be held reliable at all should your parcel goes missing via Normal Mail,
hence RXT strongly recommends Registered Mail.
Return Address is written behind every single parcel we mail out,
thus should your item be returned to us, we will contact you immediately.
Mails take on average 2-5 working days
(excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
to be sent from SingPost to your address.
